Previously, I’ve done a couple of Chicago apartment tour videos and now I’ll be discussing what living in older Chicago apartment buildings is like versus newer Chicago apartment buildings.

I’ve lived in both types of apartments and honestly, there are pros and cons to living in each.

When we talk about “old” buildings let’s include anything from the 1890s until the 1960s and for “new” buildings we’ll include anything from the 1970s to today.
