In this video we’re discovering where to exercise in Chicago in 2020. With many gyms closed or at lower capacities, outdoor fitness is a great alternative that many people across the world are taking advantage of.

We’ll see where you can get in workouts for free across the city at outdoor gyms (fitness stations) and running tracks.

This is part of my Things to Do in Chicago series. Things to Do in Lincoln Park –

Outdoor Fitness Stations are located across the city of Chicago, and they are completely free and open to the public. Typically they include pull up bars, roman chairs, dip stations, push-up bars, and more.

We are checking out the Lincoln Park Outdoor Fitness Station, located on Diversey & Inner Lake Shore Drive. This station is relatively new, and replaced some outdated pull-up bars.

We’ll also check out the Montrose Running Track, located in the Uptown section of Lincoln Park. There’s also a running hill, soccer field, and football field.
